A five-day immersive journey into the depths of the feminine: guided by somatic work, sound healing, and subconscious reprogramming. Drawing on the ancient myth of Inanna's descent, this retreat invites women to move through what has been buried, release the patterns that no longer serve, and return to themselves more whole. The workshops move through the myth layer by layer: visual meditations and guided descent, feminine embodiment through breathwork and dance, voice activations, sound healing, heart-opening practices, sisterhood connections, inner-child work, womb work, opening the sensual body, archetypal practice, EFT tapping, and somatic witnessing.
